Co-founder & CEO

A results-driven sales and tech leader with over 10 years of experience in launching and scaling high-performing commercial teams.

She is recognized for leading the launch sales operations for top media platforms in France, including Pinterest in 2019 and WeTransfer in 2023.

A specialist in sales, go-to-market strategy, and commercial operations, Noémy has helped numerous companies accelerate growth and generate more revenue through smart, structured sales execution, inspired by the most iconic tech leaders.

Claire

Co-founder & COO

With over 10 years in the tech ecosystem, Claire started her career in finance and supported 100+ startups with their corporate finance operations.

She then led growth and operations at 2CGroup, a group of 5 companies, and the French leader in part-time C-level support functions.

Her expertise in growth challenges, pragmatic approach, and results-driven mindset are her key assets in structuring and accelerating the performance of companies.

From audit to deployment, he structures sales processes and turns tools (especially HubSpot and Attio) into real performance drivers.
Margot
HEAD OF SALES
Margot is an expert in managing sales teams in B2B tech environments (SaaS, marketplace, cybersecurity). She developed Enterprise expertise at HeadMind Partners, then she led SMB sales leadership at Brigad. At helyo, she drives strategic and operational projects with strong expertise in sales structuring. A demanding yet caring manager, she builds high-performing, people-first sales cultures.
